Applicants must be certified in Virginia or National Registry with CPR , ACLS, PALS, certified EVOC or equivalent and be at least 21 years old. Preliminary Qualifications consist of the following:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be 21 years of age by closing date.
Must be a high school graduate or possess a GED.
Must have a valid Virginia license with good driving record.
20/30 vision or correctable to 20/30 in each eye.
Must pass a criminal history and background check.
Must pass a physician physical and drug screen.
Must have the ability to write a routine report and correspondence clearly and concisely.
Any Felony is a grounds for disqualification.
